Use Get Lyrical for Mac to add lyrics to your iTunes library

I’ve been adding a fair amount of new music to my library over the past few weeks, and all of these new songs needed to be tagged with the correct lyrics (so sayeth my OCD).

I’ve used a number of tools over the years to auto-add lyrics to my songs, but one by one they have all been sued or copyright-slapped into oblivion…only to be replaced by a new tool several weeks or months later.

My latest lyrical lasso comes in the form of Get Lyrical, a free utility from Shullian Productions, which helps me snag lyrics for songs I select or play. It’s small, unobtrusive, and it glows green when lyrics have been found.

I’m not sure how long Get Lyrical will continue to work, but I thought I’d share the name in case a few of you lovely readers can get some use out of it before the lawyers get to it (hurrrrry!).
