I have no beef with the iPhone, it will be great for a lot of people that it is finally available on Verizon. End of Droid? I don’t think so. It’s an obvious example of target audience. The Android platform has a lot of appeal to those of us who do not want to be tied into Apple’s iOS (and all the gak that goes with it.) I have a burning hatred for iTunes because of how cumbersome a program it is on my PC. Any phone that tells me I need to have Quicktime and iTunes on my PC to be able to sync is not going to get to glances from me. I won’t deny that Apple makes a gorgeous and well crafted product… I just don’t want to deal with their software.
