Personally, I think I may have used the feature only once in the past few years—mainly it just seems too cumbersome to me. I never use a headset for calls, so it would mean putting the other person on a shitty speakerphone for the call while I look something up. I hate when people put me on speakerphone, so I refuse to do it to others unless it’s absolutely necessary.
