I registered both my PS3 version and my iPad version and I haven’t seen it anywhere in game and there was no prompt or anything when I restarted the PS3. Any assistance would be appreciated.

You do in fact receive a code for DS2 after entering the code during the install it is synched with your account.
Also I bought Dead Space for iOS and you do receive an item in DS2, so no he was not misled. 😉

Nothing is emailed to you and nothing is dinged in game soooo ya…unless I can’t find it then you have all been misled.
