Verizon is now sending out information regarding the iPhone 4 launch on their network. Specifically, how the company will be offering the device to pre-existing customers first, at 3AM on February 3rd for pre-order.
Pre-sale inventory is reportedly tight so when this batch runs out, even pre-existing customers will have to wait until February 10th to get their hands on iPhone 4.
Most interestingly, Verizon is offering trade-in deals for pre-existing AT&T iPhones. It’s not clear at the moment if these trade in amounts are for non-corporate customers or the general public as well. Anyway, what they’re calling iPhone 2G 16GB is worth $60, iPhone 3G 16GB is worth $105, iPhone 3GS 32GB is worth $160, iPhone 4 16GB is worth $280, and iPhone 4 32GB is worth $360.
Not bad for trade in prices, that is, if you’re not selling the device yourself. Anyway, the Verizon iPhones will ship by 2 day FedEx or can be upgraded to next day air if you’re willing to fork over the cash for it.
