It’s been a while since I’ve seen an app truly worthy of Bizarro App status – but Wikileak Defender fits the bill quite nicely. Here’s the elevator pitch for it on its App Store page:

The government has failed to stop Wikileaks from releasing hundreds of thousands of classified documents. As a measure of last resort the government has called in the most thorough defenders this country has to offer… the TSA!

Play as the TSA agent whose job it is to prevent the leaked diplomatic cables from getting onto the internet where they will cause unforeseeable damage to America’s reputation!

Ah, what a fun premise for a game – and it doesn’t sound like the odds are stacked against you at all. Not when you get to play as a TSA agent, surely the best-equipped people to take on this threat. I wonder if it borrows any gameplay features from Angry Birds – can you catapult TSA agents into evil Wikileaker hideouts in Europe?
