I too read the mashable article, I too find it very interesting, I too get the loading… screen forever

The only difference is I didn’t waste nearly as much time ad you did 🙂 – kudos to your diligence.

Hopefully this will be resolved before I forget that I have this app on my phone LOL

We have had success fixing the issue with that.

Thanks for the quick response here. Glad to hear it’s not just me on this issue.

I tried submitting a support ticket. Was not able to, due to two more bits of bad news:

— I created a new account in the iPhone app, got no errors indicating account creation failed; but when I enter the same email address used in that form, it says no account exists.

— The form asks for an Order Number – and it’s a required field. There is no order number on an App Store purchase.

Color me very close to no longer caring to try this app at all.
