Next-Generation iPad to Have Thinner, Anti-Reflective Screen, 1.2GHx Dual Core CPU?

A report coming from a Concord Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (via AppleInsider) who claims to have inside information, suggests that the next-generation iPad will have a thinner (30-35% thinner) screen with an anti-reflective surface, all while maintaining the same screen resolution as the current iPad. No higher resolution screen this time around.

Also, the report reaffirms that the iPad will utilize a 1.2 GHz Cortex A9 dual core processor, and a Imagination Technologies’ SGX 543 dual-core graphics chip. Lastly, the new iPad will see a RAM bump to 512MB, and will have the same cruddy cameras used by the current generation iPod touch.

Some of this we’ve heard before, some of it’s new information, all of it sounds reasonable to me. However, analysts usually have a terrible track record for predicting what Apple will do next. So, take this report with a huge grain of salt.
