New MacBook Pros Coming March 1st?

MacRumors has picked up a story originally posted by KennethLund.dk who’s sources from a Danish Apple reseller claims that MacBook Pro supplies are tight, and that new models will arrive on March 1st.

March 1st makes sense for several reasons. First off, the last time the MacBook Pros were updated was nearly a year prior, in April of 2010. Secondly, March 1st is a Tuesday, which is traditionally the day that Apple releases new products.

It’s widely expected that these new machines will utilize Intel’s “Sandy Bridge” processors, which is a substantial, although not huge, update.
