iMac Updates Just Around the Corner?

DigiTimes is reporting that Apple may update their iMac line of computers alongside, or soon after the MacBook Pro updates that are expected to be released this Thursday, February 24th. They also suggest that there may be a change in the screen sizes being offered from the current 21.5 and 27-inchs.

In addition to notebooks, the supply chain sources also pointed out that Apple may also launch its new iMac along with its MacBook, and the company may also make some changes over the screen size to allow panel cutting to reach its optimization.

The iMac is coming up to the end of it’s usual update cycle. That said, there have been no signs that this is happening. No supply shortages, no manufacturing hints, not even rumors or reports. All of these things usually precede a product refresh.
