iDealsChina (via 9to5Mac) is reporting on an image which is claimed to be that of the iPhone 5’s bezel and screen.
An excerpt from the report:
China’s 1st iPhone 5 photo has surfaced! From this photo it seems that the screen size will be larger than iPhone 4. There has been a lot of specualtion about a larger screen and maybe this will be one of the upgrades we will see when iPhone 5 is released this summer.
This screen appears to echo what we’ve heard in previous reports. That is, the next-generation iPhone will have a larger screen 4-inch screen, instead of the current 3.5-inch screen. This same screen will also reportedly go from edge-to-edge of the device.
Thinner bezel seems reasonable considering everything we’ve seen and heard, but this photo doesn’t convince me, mainly because they’ve set nothing beside it, say, like an iPhone 4, to compare it to.
