You can’t stop anyone from using words Phrases and they are part of the Language, You are Trademarking Logos in this case, in the case Of Apple Computers and the Fruit Apple, Which one had the lock on the word “APPLE”? I Think the Fruit was there first. Windows as Apple pointed out, is a Word…. Both Companies need to get over themselves, Stop wasting money and time. APP Store is not trademarkable… App Market is not Trademarkable… Get over it Guys…
