Ten is definitely the magic number for UK app developer Neon Play. And for more than just one reason, actually. Consider the following:
* The developer started ten months ago
* During those ten months, the developer has eclipsed 10 million downloads from the App Store
* One of the developer’s apps, Paper Glider, was the 10 billionth app downloaded in Apple’s much-publicized contest
Commenting on the number-related success for the company, CEO Oil Christie said, “I’d like to say we’ve launched ten apps to fit with the pattern, but we haven’t. We are on app number 26 at the moment and have just released a Royal Wedding app, our first departure from games.”
Neon Play looks to parlay the success they’ve had with the number 10 into an even more successful 2011.
