To no one’s surprise, Apple has officially launched their Joint Venture program for small businesses. We had heard rumblings of such a program over the last few weeks. The program itself helps small businesses set up their new systems, and train employees to use the software. In fact, members will be able to schedule up to three two-hour-long training sessions a year, working with Apple retail employees.
Joint Venture is a program designed to help you use Mac, iPhone, and iPad to improve the way your business runs. We’ll set up your new Apple products, train your employees to get the most out of them, and make sure everything stays working with dedicated support.
As for tech support, Joint Venture offers priority access to in-store Genius appointments, and the offer of loaner MacBook Pros and MacBook Airs while business machines are in repair.
The program costs $499 a year for a maximum of five computers, and each additional machine will cost additional $99 a year.
