AViiQ announces new Portable Quick Stand

You don’t have to put a MacBook Pro on one of AViiQ’s new Portable Quick Stands, but it would probably be a crime not to 🙂

This new 1/4″ thick ultra-portable laptop helps out by raising the angle of your be-desked MacBook by 12 degrees, making it more comfortable to type and view the screen, as well as allowing for a little more air to flow under the device (resulting in an ever-so-slightly cooler laptop).

I’m actually using another AViiQ product, the Portable Laptop Stand, to write this post right now, so if the Portable Quick Stand (God, these names are long…) offers a similar experience in a smaller package, I’m all over it. I really love my AViiQ stand and it’s held up very, very well in this past year of use.

The new Portable Quick Stand is coming out this Spring, but the price is still TBA.
