I was unable to downgrade from 1400 min to 550 min or I would lose the free mobile to mobile regardless of carrier offer. I was also informed the A list is not the same and is separate from this offer.

I have the 1400min family plan. Was thinking of down grading to 700mins only if they offer th alist.

Family plans?

However now I downgraded to 700 any time shared, mobile to any mobile and was able to keep my a-list numbers. I had to threaten to disconnect 1 of my lines, and retention department offered this to me and so I took it. Since much of my calls are to only 2 or 3 landlines, those are easily on the a-list and the rest of my calls are mobile numbers to other companies. So far out of my 22 days in my current billing cycle I’ve used 250 day time, 1800 mobile to mobile, and 21 weekend/night. So obviously the mobile to mobile is counted first since I use the phone a lot during the weekend. Oh, and a-list, around 800. This plan has saved me around $30 per month over what I had before.
