Folks it will only pair with the phone if the bluetooth headset in sold blue not blinking blue (SOLID BLUE ONLY)

Thanks it worked. HELD DOWN THE BLUE TOOTH IT BLINKED FINALLY A SOLID BLUE and it paired quickly.

Yes I agree the instructions that came with it was incorrect.. I had the same issue until my son did it for me.

UPDATED REVIEW: Mystery solved. It turns out that the instructions that come with a headset are incorrect. You are supposed to turn the Bluetooth on on your phone, and then press and hold the function button on the headset for about 6 seconds until the LED flashes blue, when what you actually need to do is press and hold the function button on the headset for longer than 6 seconds until the LED flashes blue AND CONTINUE HOLDING THE BUTTON DOWN UNTIL THE HEADSET HAS A NON-FLASHING BLUE LIGHT, after which your phone should see it.

I have the V268 and it does not work with any phones my company has and there is a variety of them. I bought them as a gift for myself and my employees and not one person in my company could get it to work with there phone.
