Who’s Lining Up for the White iPhone 4 this Spring?

As you can see from the tweet above from Phil Schiller, Apple’s top Marketing executive, it now looks like the mythical white iPhone 4 will be available this Spring. As in a couple months before the iPhone 5 is expected to launch (iPhones have always launched in the June/July timeframe ever since the original model in 2007).

Great news for anyone who has held out nine months since the iPhone 4 release to grab a white one I guess. Or for those who won’t want to pay for the latest, greatest iPhone 5 when it comes out but might like to pickup the iPhone 4 in their preferred color at a discount once 5 arrives.

Still, couldn’t Apple have let this one pass and maybe diverted a few of the manufactrung resources used on it to iPad 2 production? They seem to be selling a fair few of those just now. Smile
