For the fifth consecutive year – as in, for as long as the iPhone has existed – the iPhone has come out top of the charts for customer satisfaction among smartphone users, in J.D. Power and Associates’ survey.
Motorola and HTC finished closest behind Apple in the survey and Blackberry was at the bottom of the list.
According to the survey results, the iPhone performs “particularly well” in physical design, ease of use, and the operating system (iOS).
These are key areas where the iPhone has remained ahead of its rivals.
