By no stretch of the imagination is this verifiable, but MacRumors is reporting a cute little story about a man who bought an iPad 2.
As it goes, the individual bought and iPad 2, but apparently his wife wasn’t too thrilled with the purchase, so the man sent it back with a sticky note attached that simply said “Wife says no”. That should have been an end to the story, but two Apple executives heard about the sticky note, and sent the iPad 2 back to the man, for free, with a new sticky note attached that simply said, “Apple said yes.”
I’m sure there’s a moral to this story somewhere here. I thought it was cute nonetheless.
