I contacted MLB and they said it was a fault with the iPad2 and I had to call Apple. Went through the motions to make MLB happy, the Apple tech laughed and had me try a few video output settings just for the fun of it, I called MLB back and explained that it doesn’t work and they offered to take that as a suggestion for future versions.
