Apple Given Access to New Samsung Hardware in Patent Suit

Samsung-Logo.jpgCourthouse News Service is reporting that a federal judge has granted Apple access to several unreleased Samsung hardware samples for 30 days. This will allow for Apple to determine if they want to request an early injunction to stop Samsung’s infringement claim. All of this was spurred by Apple’s suit against Samsung for infringement on the look and feel of Apple’s hardware.

Anyway, Apple will be given access to the Galaxy S2, Galaxy Tab 8.9, Galaxy Tab 10.1, Infuse 4G, and Droid Charge. Samsung hasn’t officially launched any of these products, but they claim shipping version may differ. You know, to lower expectations and all.
