Apple has seeded a new build (12A206j) of OS X Mountain Lion to developers. It is currently unknown what changes might be present in this build of Mountain Lion other than 2007 MacBook Pros, with the “MacBookPro3,1″ identifier currently do not work with this build. Apple states that they will fix this in a future build.
Apple Now Presumably Owns iPhone5.com Domain Name
Apple briefly wrestled with an web entity to secure the iPhone5.com domain name. They even went so far as to file a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to secure the domain. Ultimately the WIPO came down on their side, and a brand security company, Corporation Service Company, is now holding the domain for them.
