This 2Unfold laptop bag – which can fit a 17″ MacBook Pro, iPad, and a few other micro goodies – is the embodiment of premium delicious. Depending on how you fold it, the 2Unfold can be a backpack, a messenger bag, courier bag, or a leather briefcase.
At 375 GBP (read: 580 USD), it’s also the kind of bag that’s better measured in number of stockpiled birthday presents than actual dollars. But, as Sebastiaan de Wiith reminds us on his Nicer Things blog, this bag is absolutely superb.
I actually saw one myself as I was waiting in my building’s lobby a few months ago. The 2Unfold was brown instead of the new grey/brown colour scheme of the Shore collection, but it was still beautiful. Big enough for a 17″ laptop, but compact enough to keep right up against you on the subway.
I now have a target amount for my piggy bank.
