Hardly a big deal. Besides, the Apple A-series chips are optimized for the iOS and it would not make sense for Samsung to copy anything unless you see them copy iOS at the binary level in the future. Efficiencies in production for Samsung also came from their already quite extensive experience with their own tweaks on the ARM architecture. I would think it would be more costly (time/money/scale) for Apple to use a different fab-company at this time even with the 20% increase which will probably be passed on to the consumer.
