It cannot seem to maintain the connection with it’s servers. The app crashes constantly or you will need to quit it and relaunch it often as it gives false error reports often until you relaunch. I got the job done but I did it all manually. DO NOT TRUST TUNE UP TO AUTOMATICALLY MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS FOR YOUR MUSIC COLLECTION! If you do you will be sorry. Do everything manually, artist by artist and you should be able to get the cleanup job done without wreaking havoc. Good luck.
