
The Google hits just keep on coming. The native YouTube app — which was removed during the upgrade to iOS 6 — is back on the iPad as a free download on the App Store. It looks a lot like the updated iPhone version, loads up when you tap on YouTube links in emails or messages, and seems to do a better job at loading high quality videos at better resolutions than the standard web app. Oh, and it includes a handy voice search button, too, in case you’re tired of typing “grumpy cat” out yourself.
