iOS Jailbreak tool evasi0n has been updated in Cydia to version 0.4. If you are one of a small number of people experiencing slow boot-up times with your iOS device, then the latest refresh address might be what you are looking for.

 

 

As a nice caveat, the following jailbroken tethered iOS 6.0, 6.0.1, 6.1, and 6.1.2 devices will be able to install this exploit and convert their Jailbrealk from tethered to untethered

  • iPhone 4
  • iPhone 3GS
  • iPod Touch 4th gen

However, if you already Jailbroke your device with evasi0n this untether is already installed automatically.

 

 

**CAUTION**

If you have already Jailbroken one of the following devices with this untethered exploit, uninstalling this package (which has already been updated on you device) will remove your Jailbreak.  The resulting re-boot will force you to restore your device in iTunes.

  • iPad 2nd, 3rd, 4th gen’s
