I have the iPad, so I am not biased towards either of these too much. If iOS can emulate widgets and the quick settings of Android, have a 1080p display with stylus support, NFC, 2 GB of RAM (DDR3), a 13 MP camera, and a Quad Core processor, I would buy the iPhone 5S/6/Math/whatever.
