For the power users holding out for the next-gen Mac Pro, the wait won’t be much longer. Apple previewed a massive refresh to the workstation powerhouse at their WWDC 2013 keynote. Aside from a completely redesigned chassis that is built to be as functional as it is beautiful, the Mac Pro promises to be one helluva personal computer.
The Mac Pro feature the latest in Intel’s Xeon processor line, incredibly fast ECC DDR3 RAM, Thunderbolt 2, dual workstation GPUs, and support for 4K monitors. Simply put, this is the craziest, fastest Mac you have ever seen.
It’s not available just yet, but will be shipping later this year. Start saving up those pennies because it surely won’t come cheap.
