Ashton Kutcher’s Steve Jobs biopic opens nationwide August 16th

Jobs, starring Ashton Kutcher, was originally penned in for an April release, but missed the target date after the film failed to garner any sort of buzz with the general public. Kutcher and crew are hoping that a late summer release, intentionally or unintentionally jammed between WWDC and the launch of the next iPhone, will provide enough extra time to get the marketing machine rolling along properly.

The new date set forĀ JobsĀ to premier nationwide is now August 16th, and it will offer one of our first dramatized looks at the life of Steve Jobs since his passing in 2011. Something tells us it won’t be the Jobs pic to end all Jobs pics, but it will be interesting nonetheless to see Kutcher’s take on the Silicon Valley legend.

  • The early reviews for this weren’t that great, but I might give it a shot.

I’ll definitely watch it. I am not sure if it’s that good (most think it’s not) but I think it deserves a watch.
