The third developer preview of Mac OS X Mavericks is now available for eager developers working with the beta release of the upcoming desktop operating system. While not a lot has changed since Developer Preview 2, OS X Mavericks Developer Preview 3, like the iOS beta 3 released just a few hours prior, is addresses a few pesky bugs and performance issues.
A commercial release of Mavericks is expected for later this year. The update to OS X brings enhanced multi-window support and features like tabbed browsing in Finder as well as updated apps. If you are an approved Apple developer you can grab the latest build from the Mac Dev Center now.
