Apple does not do cheap – not in pricing not in quality. Apple would call this a Lower priced iPhone not a cheap one.

If a person wants an iPhone the price is really not going to hold them back. Beside the way I look at it if you can’t afford an iPhone then you don’t need one. It’s like people on welfare buying dog food – if you have to have a subsidy to be able to afford something (non-life sustaining) do you really need it?
