As typically happens in anticipation of a product refresh, the Apple Store has gone offline. Cupertino’s elves and fairies are busy tinkering with the backend, which should return later today with a few new iPhones to show off. This doesn’t mean you will be able to buy the iPhone 5S or iPhone 5C today, but get ready for the marketing onslaught.
I’d implore you to go check it out for yourself but there isn’t much to see at the moment. The shenanigans kick off today at 1PM EDT/10AM PDT.
