Why on Earth would she do that? If her Android device was_ever_updated chances are it would be months after the update was available. Apple is updating across multiple devices on the same day–not one here, one two months after that, then maybe another one by the end of the year.

My guess is that the Apple servers are still being beaten into submission, and it might take several repeated attempts for it to go through. One of our writers had the same exact issue, and he just kept trying until it finally installed.

Already have turned everything off so that settings is the only other thing open… Frustrated!! Any advice?
