
Trailing the release of iOS 7 by a week, Instagram has update their app for iPhone and iPad to better fit the design standards of Apple’s latest mobile refresh. Tabbed at version 4.2, on top of the latest build of Instagram’s new look, users will also notice photos and videos that are slightly larger.
Profiles pictures get cropped to a circle, much like in other areas of iOS 7, and the status bar is now color matched to the various menus found in the app. Altogether, Instagram now feels a bit more Facebook-y, especially considering that apps recent iOS 7 makeover.
