Apple is set to unveil their newest lineup of iPads during a fall event scheduled for October 22nd according to John Paczkowski of ATD
…the company will hold its next invitation-only event on Tuesday, October 22. The focal point of the gathering will be the latest updates to the company’s iPad line, but the new Mac Pro and OS X Mavericks will likely get some stage time as well…
We have long expected to see both an new iPad mini, most likely sporting a faster processor and a retina display along with the fifth generation iPad that is expected to closely resemble the extremely popular style and shape of the iPad mini. With a thinner, lighter design, an A7 chip and an improved camera, the iPad 5 has all the features to become the most popular iPad yet.
Right now it is unclear whether the iPad mini and iPad 5 will include Touch ID , found exclusively on the iPhone 5S. Touch ID or not, the next generation of iPad’s, coupled with iOS 7 will be extremely popular devices, and just in time for the holiday season. Will you be buying a new iPad this year?
