Of course if i paid full price for the phone or signed a new 2 year contract to get the best of the best I’d be mad if my phone kept crashing. My wifes iphone 4 rarely crashed and my note 2 also. The 4s was even better. I’m sure its software related and it can be fixed pretty easily. At least you hope.

Not just the iPhone, but nearly all new devices experience some sort of bug. The difference is, you don’t see people waiting 3 days in line for anything but the iPhone.

I don’t think so. The 5C isn’t crashing with anymore frequency than the iPhone 5 did. The 5S hardware wasn’t available to developers ahead of time, and it’s been suggested that as a result, the 64-bit A7 processor and new M7 coprocessor didn’t get the same beta testing time-frame to iron out the wrinkles. The good news, though, is that it looks like the crash reports are expediting the process like they are designed to do.
