In reply to Edgar Cervantes. No joke, I kind of want to switch from Android just so I can harass Siri. I've drunkenly talked to her on somebodies phone before. It's pretty great. She offered to call me a taxi.

I think Siri and Google Voice Search are both helpful tools.....however I think we as smartphone users still see it as a novelty, and it wears off after having a week or two of playing with it. Another issue at hand is that I often need to look something up, but I'm usually in a setting where it would be inappropriate to start talking to my phone.

I wonder of the people that do use Siri on occasion how many see it only as a fun toy rather than a serious smartphone interaction tool.

only if i am driving typically… it makes it easy to use navigation on the fly…but it does like to say something completely different from what i say

A lot of iPhone users dont ever use Siri. I often show them what it is and I start asking Siri silly questions. We have a blast at bars. lol

Sending text or making a quick call or texting in the car via Bluetooth is where Siri works great.
