The latest update for the popular Game Time app has been released just in time for the start of the 2013-2014 NBA season. The app itself is free and includes the following new features:
- Game recap videos and alerts
- Live streaming of press conferences and other live events
- Team rosters and stats, league leaders, and league news
- Team video now available in Game Time
For the hardcore NBA fan out there, upgrade to the plus version for $10 and also receive the following:
- Game highlights
- More video highlights from around the league including NBA TV and TNT clips
- Advertising free
- More news, stats, and league info
If you’re a die-hard fan, you can pay $50 (or $40 if you’re a Sprint customer, for some odd reason) and get the League Pass Mobile add-on, which allows you to watch every game live, save for blackout exceptions.
The NBA has taken notice of the ever-popular MLB At-Bat app and made some marked improvements to this year’s version. It’s not as crisp or clean as its MLB counterpart, but it is much improved. The free version is chock full of features, so long as you don’t mind advertisements, and is definitely worth a look.
