iTunes 11.1.3 is available for download for those of us running Mavericks already. Among other things, the update resolves issues with the equalizer and improves performance when switching views in larger iTunes libraries. Run your software update or go right to the Mac App Store to download it now. Additionally, the Apple Support downloads page lists all current updates with further explanations.
