Additionally some people want a bigger screen for media consumption while others are more concerned with being able to use the phone with one hand. Screen size is the number one factor keeping me on Android right now. I love my Galaxy Note II but would be happy to switch back to an iPhone when Apple starts offering one with a larger screen.

Agreed, but I could even go a little higher…4.7, 4.8 with the right size bezel. Hell, if they do go with a curved screen, they might be able to go even larger without sacrificing one-handed use as much.
