Apple today pushed the iOS 7.0.5 update to iPhone users, so why hasn’t it shown up on your device? Chances are you live outside of the targeted region, which includes China, Asia Pacific, and UK/Europe or you don’t own and iPhone 5s or iPhone 5c.

What do iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c handsets in these regions have in common? They are all compatible with mobile networks in China, and it just so happens that the only major bug addressed in iOS 7.0.5 pertains to network provisioning in the populous nation. The timing of update comes just weeks after both new iPhone models became available to users on China Mobile, a network boasting the world’s largest number of subscribers.

Here are the specific model numbers that will see iOS 7.0.5. If, for some reason, your device falls outside of this list and still receives the update, expect it to bring about zero noticeable changes.

iPhone 5s

  • A1457 (UK/Europe)
  • A1528 (China)
  • A1530 (Asia Pacific)

iPhone 5c

  • A1507 (UK/Europe)
  • A1526 (China)
  • A1529 (Asia Pacific)
