Announced last month, Pebble’s appstore is now live, available within the latest update to the smartwatch’s iOS app. The appstore goes live with over 1000 apps and watchfaces for Pebble users to peruse.
The goal of the appstore was to unify software offerings for the Pebble smartwatch. Until now, apps and watchfaces were only available via third party sources. Through the new section of Pebble’s iOS app, users can manage what is installed on their watch and discover new content from six different categories: Daily, Tools & Utilities, Notifications, Remotes, Fitness, and Games.
The latest update to Pebble for iOS can be downloaded now for free from iTunes and the App Store.
