Let’s face it, it’s happened to all of us one time or another. We get that call–the one we don’t want to answer. We’re tired of being interrupted by someone we don’t want to talk to. We try ignoring it or letting the call go to voicemail, but after awhile that’s not enough. All we want is to be left alone. After years of not having the feature available in iOS, Apple finally introduced the ability to block a call with iOS 7.
Adding someone to your “blocked call list” is simple. First, either view an existing contact and scroll to the bottom of the contact page and select “Block this Caller”, or pick a number from your recent call history. You will then be prompted with a clarification notice that informs you that you will no longer receive calls, messages or FaceTime calls from anyone added to your Blocked call List. Select Block Contact, and you’re done!
