If you hadn’t heard, Apple just announced Mac OS X Yosemite. With a bunch of great new features and improvements, Apple also announced the new price for the OS X Yosemite upgrade: free. That’s right… $0.
Developers will be able to download and use OS X Yosemite immediately but if you’re a consumer and want to get into the action early – for free of course – then Apple’s allowing you to do so this summer.
