The announcement of the Apple Watch was a long time coming.  Apple has been working on their first “wearable” device for close to three years now–and it shows!  We already know that Apple takes design very seriously.  We also know that they pride themselves on attention to detail and have always had a meticulous nature about them.

However, I’m not sure anyone anticipated exactly what Apple was going to do with a watch that would stand out from the emerging market currently dominated by Samsung and LG.  What Apple revealed during today’s keynote presentation was that they still have plenty of innovation and excitement left in their blood.  Let’s take a closer look at the Apple Watch, shall we?
