Aside from what are said to be ongoing discussions between Sprint’s majority owner SoftBank and T-Mobile’s Deutsche Telekom, top executives have reportedly also met with the United States Justice Department.

Sprint now offering cloud storage as part of billed services

Jan 27th - Sprint has announced a partnership with cloud storage provider Pogoplug that will offer subscribers the opportunity to easily obtain cloud storage. Sprint users downloading the Pogoplug app for iPhone (or Android) will immediately gain 5GB of free storage space.

Sprint ends its early upgrade One Up program, intros Framily plan

Jan 13th - After T-Mobile set the industry ablaze by announcing phase two of their “Uncarrier” program, an early upgrade option known as JUMP, other major US carriers were quick to follow suit. Sprint’s version, known as One Up, has already been retired in favor of the new Framily plan.
