Glad it wasn't too big a deal in the end. On the Mail app issue, I only tell mine to update manually, don't use push or even let it try to update every X minutes, jut don't need that right now. I have heard a few others on IRC saying push has not been working for last couple betas …

aye. that's what I did, but it /restored/ it .. had to then restore data from a backup, and then sync to get all my apps on.. no biggie.. but if there's an easier way.. it would be better than having to rearrange everything again..

btw.. the MailApp seems shagged in the latest beta for me… doesn't really update unless i open the app… are you experiencing anything like this?

If so, using Option-Update (on a Mac) or Shift-Update (on Windows) to choose the new firmware file.
