Apple is making it easier for iPhone developers to get application crash reports “ by making them available through the primary interface they use for dealing with their App Store programs “ iTunes Connect.
Up to now, in order to get the crash reports, devs have had to have them emailed to them by users. I ‘ve done this while beta testing apps and though it ‘s far from difficult to do, it is time consuming to locate the files and attach them to an email.
I ‘m happy to hear that this reporting is now going to be more easily accessible to iPhone developers. Hopefully this is a win-win for users and devs “ as the faster devs get good details on crashes, presumably the faster they can find solutions for those.
